PROJECT SUPPORT OF MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS PARTICIPATING IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL PROJECT “CREATION OF A NEW MODEL OF A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION PROVIDING PRIMARY HEALTH CARE”

Резюме

The study is devoted to the process of introducing lean technologies into the healthcare system of the Russian Federation, which, objectively, has a number of difficulties. The article studies the features and patterns of project support during the implementation of lean technologies, which is very relevant for the effective management of a modern medical organization. The study was based on general scientific research methods (observation, analysis, synthesis, method of analogies), the empirical basis of the study was a generalization of the experience of supporting project activities by specialists of the Process Factory training center, the method of expert assessments and analysis of the regulatory framework for regulating project activities in a healthcare organization. The statistical base of the study was made up of an anonymous survey: the sample consisted of 152 respondents from 38 medical organizations who were trained in the implementation of lean technologies and are participating in the implementation of projects to improve internal organizational processes. The results of the study formed the basis for the preparation of standard areas of project support, which make it possible to organize effective project work in healthcare institutions.
