Резюме

In the present study, we studied the effect of a new derivative of C2,C3-quinoxaline with anxiolytic activity, the compound A81, on the concentration of noradrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), and dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DPAA) in brain tissues. The study was performed using a high performance liquid chroma- tography technique. Based on the study in biological samples under the influence of compound A81, in contrast to diaz- epam, an increase in the concentration of free serotonin with a more significant decrease in the content of dopamine and its metabolite DPAA is characteristic.
