PREVENTIVE ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

Резюме

The preservation of public health, as one of the national goals aimed at the development of the country and enshrined at the legislative level, is the most important task of the healthcare system of the Russian Federation. Primary health care, as the foundation of the health-care system, plays a key role in this task, as it is the first level of professional health care. This article mainly considers the priority of prevention in the primary level, as well as issues of accessibility of primary health care. The analytical part analyzes the volume of primary health care provided to the population in medical organizations of the state health system in the period 2018–2022. In the Russian Federation, the Southern Federal District and Volgograd region, on-site forms of medical assistance have been assessed, including preventive visits and visits to secondary medical personnel.
