The paper presents the materials of a comparative assessment of the negative impact of a complex of production factors on the health of medical personnel of the therapeutic and surgical profile of the CRH by using the method of multivariate analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the greatest negative contribution to the health of medical workers of the therapeutic profile was provided by production factors for: 29.45 % of biological nature, 27.73 % due to the severity and intensity of the work of specialists and 22.26 % related to the factors of physical impact. In contrast, the greatest negative contribution to the health of surgical health care professionals was due to production factors at: 30.90 % due to the severity and strain of specialists, 25.02 % related to biological factors and 22.60 % related to physical nature of exposure.
