Резюме

The aim is to conduct a linguistic analysis of the syntactic norms of the use of the most frequent verbal nouns (deverbatives) in the doctor's professional speech: examination, observation, reception, consultation, appoint¬ment, work. Research problem: the profession of a doctor is communicatively active, so the speech of a medical work¬er should be a model of literacy and correctness. The language norm is mandatory for representatives of all professions, but often a representative of the medical field becomes a victim of stereotypes of linguistic behavior, broadcasting a de¬viation from the norm. Description of what an article is devoted to: in the modern Russian literary language, there is a strict rule of using the form of a dependent noun with these deverbatives, the data of which are given in the text of the article. However, the authors have identified a tendency to change the norm with respect to compatibility with the term inspection. Materials and methods: linguistic analysis of texts was combined with contextual, comparative, statistical methods of analysis. The linguistic material was obtained by a continuous sampling method from documents of the Min¬istry of Health that are in the public domain. The results: with a sematically conditioned requirement to use the form of the creative case of the noun "doctor" and words denoting medical specialties (norm: examination by a doctor), in 20 % of cases in the analyzed texts of official documents of the Ministry of Health, the noun denoting a specialist doctor is used in the genitive case (doctor's examination). When analyzing the websites of private clinics, the frequency of non¬normative management (RP) with deverbative examination reaches 90 %. As a result of the analysis, the tendency to change the norm is determined.
