The results of treatment of 135 patients with acute cholecystitis in the period 2019-2022 were analyzed. The main features of the provision of surgical care during pandemic of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, is a high concentration of patients with de¬structive forms of acute cholecystitis. Two-thirds of patients are admitted within more than 72 hours from the onset of the disease due to late self-referral and tactical errors in hospitals of the 2nd level. Operational activity in acute cholecystitis in years of the pandemic varied from 48.4 to 75.4 %. The widespread introduction of laparoscopic operations (95-98 %) for destructive complicated cholecystitis made it possible not to worsen the results of the treatment of acute cholecystitis during the pandemic. Postoperative complications in the pre-COVID period occurred in 2.9 %, during the pandemic - in 3.9 % of cases
