Резюме

Updated research demonstrates the absence of a linear relationship between the level of equipment of a medical organiza¬tion or the ability to provide high-tech medical care and the degree of patient satisfaction. In this regard, a study was conducted, the purpose of which was a comparative analysis of patient satisfaction with the provision of medical care according to the criteria of the type of medical organization and the competencies of medical specialists. To select a valid analytical base, a review of modern studies in the considered problem field with a search depth of 10 years by domestic and foreign authors was carried out, which resulted in the selection of electronic databases of microdata of the Federal State Statistics Service as the research material. According to the results of the study, there are differences in patients' assessment of satisfaction with the work of medical organizations of inpatient and outpa¬tient types: in the first case, patients are no longer satisfied with the work of nurses, in the second - doctors. It was noted that in the evaluation structure of patient satisfaction with the provision of medical care, there are differences according to various criteria depend¬ing on the region. The identified trends reflect the patient-oriented context of assessing the effectiveness of medical organizations and should be taken into account for a differentiated approach to the development of measures to improve the quality of medical care.
