The relevance of the study is due to the carcinogenic hazard of radon, the concentration of which varies significantly in school buildings. The aim of the work was to study the processes of the concentration of radon changing in schools in the city of Vo¬ronezh under the influence of meteorological and microclimatic factors. Radon in various concentrations was detected by us in almost all rooms. According to the results of long-term measurements of radon volumetric activity in schools, the dynamics of its concentration was shown. The dependence of radon concentration on meteorological and microclimatic conditions has been revealed.
