The purpose of the study was assessment the risk factors for population morbidity of the ecocrisis region in terms of the con¬sequences of stress-induced conditions. It was revealed that heavy metals are not the determining risk factors for general morbidity, in contrast to nosologies. Environmental pollution with heavy metals is an important risk factor for the incidence of myocardial infarction and stroke in the adult population.
