Резюме

Structural features of reparative regeneration of bone tissue and features of the dynamics of biodegradation of osteoplastic materials during the replacement of intraosseous defects of the upper jaw of laboratory animals of various experimental groups were revealed using morphometric studies on micro-preparations stained with hematoxylin and eosin and trichrome by Masson. The specific area of bone beams, connective, cartilaginous tissue, capillaries, osteoclasts, collagen fibers and osteoplastic material was studied (in relation to the total area of tissue in the field of view, %). As a result of the study, a statistically significant increase in the specific area of bone beams by 60,4 and 48,6 % by osteoplastic materials Bio Oss and Bio Ost compared to the group without defect plastic was revealed by the 21st day of the experiment. There was a significant decrease in the specific area of blood vessels (p < 0,05), a significant increase in the specific areas of connective tissue (p < 0,05) and collagen fibers (p < 0,05) by the 21st day of the experiment, which can serve as one of the criteria for the effectiveness of bone remodeling in the defect area when using various osteoplastic materials.
