The article shows the search for prenosological prognostic criteria for the development of chronic NCDs (cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, atherosclerosis and type II diabetes mellitus). The possibilities of optimizing the work of health centers, synchronizing the data of the SHM, health centers, prophylactic professional examinations and/or prophylactic medical examinations with the transition to a comprehensive assessment of the state of health are considered. A new approach to identifying age groups with a step of 10 years is proposed to take into account the state of health in the current statistical forms
