Резюме

Acharacteristic of the structural relationships between arteries and veins in the anterior interventricular sulcus of the heart is presented. The study was conducted on autopsy material of 20 adolescent hearts with right variant of coronary branching. The parameters of the subepicardial vessels of the heart were determined (the ratio of the total areas of the lumen of the venous to the arterial bed, the average distance between the arterial and venous vessels, the average displacement of the tributaries of the great vein of the heart from the derivatives of the anterior interventricular branch). The dynamics of changes in morphological and functional parameters was analyzed along the entire length of the anterior interventricular sulcus.
