Резюме

Conditions belonging to the group of cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) include acute and chronic forms, char-acterized by signs of insufficient blood supply to the brain and disorders of a number of cerebral functions, including mo-tor, sensory, cognitive, vegetative and others, which remains an important medical and social problem to date. The de-gree of damage to brain neurons largely determines the prognosis of the disease and the level of a number of health in-dicators of the population, including life expectancy, morbidity, disability and mortality.
