The article outlines the issues of ethics and deontology related to the resolution of conflicts in the dental office. The most common causes of disputes and conflicts are reviewed in the article. The article also discusses the patterns of dealing with conflict prevention by means of studying the influence of personality traits on patients’ interpersonal communication and adaptation to prosthetic devices.
