63 patients with mandibular fracture were treated and divided into two clinical groups. The first gr oup (31 individuals) received conventional treatment. The second group received interosseous infusion of sodium hypochlorite. A comparative analysis showed an effectiveness of the new method of medical rehabilitation of patients with mandibular fracture.
