In spite of a variety of approaches to diagnostics and treatment of dorsalgy, this problem is far fr om being solved. Diagnostics must be expressive, noninvasive, reasonable, justifiable, taking into account changes in psycho-emotional and social spheres. In this work there we present new diagnostic approaches to detection of particul ar features in patients with back pain, and the way these features affect the administered therapy.
